Payment
All furniture from the STATTMANN collection is manufactured individually for the customer after the order has been placed. This is why we are asking for payment in advance before we proceed to process your order and manufacture the requested piece or pieces.
You will be advised of our banking details in the order confirmation which is sent automatically after you have confirmed your order in the online shop. Payments can be made via bank transfer (wire transfer), invoice or PayPal.
For payments via PayPal the terms & conditions of the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie apply. They can be reviewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/legalhub-full?locale.x=en_DE.
Prices & shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages are net prices excluding VAT and shipping costs. VAT and shipping costs will be calculated based on your location (shipping address) and stated prior to the checkout in our online shop.
Delivery time
The delivery time as a rule is 30 days after receipt of your payment of the invoiced amount. In case of a higher order volume delivery time can be up to 45 days. You will be informed about the expected delivery time for your order in the order confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the continuing high sickness levels and the difficult situation on the wood market, production times are presently longer than usual and we are unable to commit to specific delivery dates at the time the order is placed. The average production time for the tables and benches is currently about 10 to 12 weeks, for the chairs, stools and shelves about 6 weeks.
Shipping & delivery
Standard delivery is restricted to delivery addresses within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway. If your country of residence is not listed in our online shop, please send an inquiry to info@stattmannfurniture.com. If delivery to your country is possible, we will calculate shipping costs and delivery times and send you an individual quote.
The delivery of the product takes place through a service provider or forwarder authorized by Stattmann Furniture GmbH. Delivery is generally to curb side.
Please make sure that you provide the complete and correct delivery address when placing your order. If additional shipping costs are incurred due to incorrect address details, the customer is obliged to repay these if he/she failed to cite the correct address.
