CURV CHAIR is a lightweight solid wood chair that convinces with its striking silhouette, clever construction and refined craftsmanship.
The simple straight lines of CURV CHAIR contrast with the soft curves of its solid wood elements. Only areas that the user actually gets in touch with are smoothly rounded. The technically sophisticated construction consists of two bent solid wood pieces. The delicate U-shaped frame, which makes up the basis of the lightweight and stable chair frame, is made of a single piece of solid ash and is open towards the back. The legs of CURV CHAIR consist of oval profiles. For the chairs’ natural rubber stoppers, a special relief of waved lines was designed, reflecting the U-shape of the frame.
CURV CHAIR is available with and without armrests and optionally with an upholstered seat. The variations only differ in the shape and height of the backrest.
Designed for private as well as public spaces, the two variations of CURV CHAIR can be harmoniously combined with each other as well as with the range of tables designed for the CURV series.
